He gives people a “formula” based on how you can be successful following the principles he used, acknowledging their not for everyone and over time might become irrelevent as the platforms of the business world adapt further. This is simply the conclusion, that these concepts (which he integrates into his formula) are what drives the rest of it, and that these concepts will remain universal regardless of the changing business world (according to his values). It’s a personal quote, it’s obviously his beliefs and not going to agree with everyone :) I really liked this quote, especially after reading his book.
